It is to notify for information of all concerned that Open Counselling for B.Sc. (Mathematics with Data Science) against vacant seats will be conducted on 20/07/2026 in the Department of Mathematics, 3rd Floor, Academic Block I, Gurugram University, Sector 87 Campus, Gurugram.

Important Instructions:-

1. The open Counselling for the above mentioned programme will be conducted against the vacant seats.
2. The candidates who have submitted online application earlier and did not deposit the fee for the 1st and 2nd merit list can also participate in the open counselling.
3. The fresh candidates (who have not earlier applied) may submit their online applications from the admission portal of the University https://gurugramuniversityadm.samarth.edu.in/ Online form is available from 16/07/2026
4. All candidates are required to bring two copies of Application Form, xerox copy of all documents alongwith all Original Certificates/Documents.
5. No entry will be entertained after 01:00 PM for the Open Counselling. The merit list will be prepared only for those candidates who have reported on or before the 01:00 PM.
6. The admission to the programme will be based purely on academic merit of qualifying examination.
7. Firstly, the merit list will be prepared of reserved candidates. In case seat remains vacant from the reserved category then it will be converted /offered to the General category candidates.
8. The selected candidate has to submit his/her annual fee on the spot through University webportal. Incase he/she is unable to make the fee payment, the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the merit list. No request will be entertained in this regard in any circumstances.
9. The admission for the open Counselling will be made by the concerned Department Chairperson.
10. If seats remaining vacant due to drop out/left over, the same will also be filled up on merit basis from the waiting list on 21/07/2026 without late fee.
