Candidates’ Information Sheet and Schedule for the Virtual Interaction Round (VIR) for
Admission to MBA Programmes [MBA/MBA(HR)/MBA (Tourism)] for the Session 2026–2028

All the eligible candidates as per the Application Sequence Number mentioned below who have applied for admission (with successful submission status) to the 2 Year PG Course of Studies in MBA Programmes under the Faculty Council (Arts, etc.) for the session 2026-2028, are asked to attend the Virtual Interaction Round (VIR) session COMPULSORILY as per the following schedule**:

2. Modality and Dates

• Mode: Online (via Google Meet)
• Duration: 5-7 minutes (Approx.) per candidate (to be adjusted accordingly)
• Panellist: The interaction will be conducted in the presence of a panel of experts.
• Dates: July 21 and 22, 2026.

3. Instructions for Candidates

1. Technical Readiness
   • Ensure a stable internet connection, functioning webcam, and microphone.
   • Join the session 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
   • Keep your registered email ID and phone number accessible and ready to accept calls.
2. Identification
   • Keep a valid photo ID (Aadhar Card / Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence / PAN Card) ready to show on camera when asked.
3. Environment
   • Sit in a quiet, well-lit room.
   • Keep your camera on throughout the session.
   • Avoid background noise, movement, or external help.
4. Conduct
   • Any form of impersonation, use of prompts, or malpractice will lead to disqualification.
   • Maintain professional etiquette.
