Admission Cancellation and Refund (As per UGC Guideline) Online Application Form for PG Courses of Studies 2026-2028 under F.C. (Arts, Commerce, Law, Music, Management etc.)

• Please note that if any Candidate apply for Cancellation of Admission then the Candidate will not be able to claim for the allotted / admitted seat in future.
• অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে, যদি কোনো প্রার্থী ভর্তি বাতিলের জন্য আবেদন করেন, তাহলে সেই প্রার্থী ভবিষ্যতে ঐ পূর্বে বরাদ্দকৃত / ভর্তি আসনের জন্য আর দাবি করতে পারবেন না।
• You are directed to take printout of the Application (which you will receive as attachment in your mail) and submit the signed application, along with the successful payment receipt of admission fees to the office of the Secretary, Faculty Council (Arts, Commerce, Law & Music etc.), duly forwarded by the Head of the Department / Teacher-in-Charge of the concerned department.
• আপনাকে আবেদনের প্রিন্টআউট নিতে নির্দেশ দেওয়া হচ্ছে (যা আপনি আপনার মেইলে সংযুক্তি হিসাবে পাবেন) এবং স্বাক্ষরিত আবেদনটি জমা দিতে বলা হচ্ছে, ভর্তি ফি সফলভাবে প্রদানের রসিদ সহ, অনুষদ পরিষদ সচিবের কার্যালয়ে (কলা, বাণিজ্য, আইন, সঙ্গীত এবং ব্যবস্থাপনা ইত্যাদি), বিভাগীয় প্রধান / সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের শিক্ষক-ইন-চার্জ দ্বারা যথাযথভাবে ফরোয়ার্ড করিয়ে ।
