Notifications for Counselling of the OBC Candidates for Admission to Ph.D. Programme 2024

ADMISSION OF CANDIDATES WILL BE CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

The entire process of admission to the Ph.D. Programme 2024 for candidates under OBC-A & OBC-B categories shall be concluded subject to the orders and directions passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and/or the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, as may be applicable in this regard.

Pursuant to the earlier notification, vide no.: FC(Sc./Arts)/Ph.D./2024/323, dated 2^nd April, 2025, counselling of the OBC Candidates for admission to Ph.D. Programme 2024 under Faculty Council (Arts, Commerce, Law, etc.), will be held on 06.05.2026 at the Kadambini Ganguly Memorial Hall, 3^rd Floor Composite Arts Building, Golapbag, the University of Burdwan from 11:45 A.M. sharp. As per the following list of subjects:

Subject wise eligible OBCs candidates, as per the List mentioned below, are asked to attend the session COMPULSORILY for merit-based selection will be held on 06.05.2026 at the Kadambini Ganguly Memorial Hall, 3rd Floor Composite Arts Building, Golapbag, the University of Burdwan from 11:45 A.M. sharp (Reporting time: 11:00AM).
