Extension of Online Form Submission for B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Semester III Exam 2025

Revised Notice for Extension for online submission of forms for the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Semester - III Examination, 2025 (Under CCF & CBCS)

The online submission of forms will be available on cucxam.net and cucxamwindow.in as per the schedule below:

a. Online form submission and submission of duly signed form (generated after online application) with requisite fees by the candidates to the college.	06.02.2026 to 10.02.2026	06.02.2026 to 10.02.2026
b. Online approval of the candidates’ enrolment form by the college.	06.02.2026 to 11.01.2026	06.02.2026 to 11.01.2026
c. Last date of deposition of fees using SBI Collect by the colleges.	13.02.2026	13.02.2026
d. Last date of submission of e-Receipt for SBI Collect payment by the college to the University.	16.02.2026	16.02.2026
e. Downloading of Admit Card.	16.02.2026	16.02.2026

In case of corrections related to candidate’s enrolment, the candidate along with College staff should contact the Statement Major Section, Darbhanga Building, 2^nd floor, Dept. of Controller Exams, along with a forwarding letter from the Principal.
No corrections will be entertained after the date of issuance of admit card.
Kindly note that only candidates having admit cards shall appear for the aforesaid examinations.

* Candidates whose year of Registration/Admission are 2020 or before under CBCS course of study only, are also eligible for enrolment to the above said examination vide notification Ref. No. CE/R&F/15/25 dt. 15.12.2025 provided on University website.
