It is notified for information of all concerned that in terms of the provisions of Section 54 of the Calcutta University Act, 1979, (as amended), and, in the exercise of his powers under 9(6) of the said Act, the Vice-Chancellor has, by an order dated 18.05.2026, approved the Partial modification of CSR/49/2026, dt. 13.05.2026.

The PG admission of the college will be done by the respective college as decided in the Syndicate. However, the colleges will use the consolidated merit list, prepared by the University.

The above shall be effective from academic session 2026 - 27 and onwards.
