All Heads, Coordinators, and Directors of Traditional and Self-Financing Departments are requested to submit the details of remaining backlog papers for CBCS students. This information was previously requested via letter no. DSPMU/Ex/036/2026 (dated 03.02.2026).

Please ensure all details are furnished latest by March 28, 2026. Furthermore, please provide a formal notification to the Examination Department if no students are appearing for backlog papers. Your prompt cooperation is essential to ensure the timely scheduling and commencement of the upcoming examinations.

GENERAL EXAMINATION NOTE-CBCS STUDENTS

Students of all the Traditional/Self-Financing and Vocational Courses under CBCS Scheme of the Academic Sessions: 2020-2023, 2021-2024 and 2022-2025are hereby informed that this will be last opportunity provided to them by the University to clear their remaining backlog papers from Semester-I to Semester-VI.
All the students of the above-mentioned Sessions are hereby instructed to submit a written application in their respective Departments clearly mentioning the Semester and the Paper in which their status is FAIL. They are also required to attach a copy of Marksheets of all Semesters available with them along with the application.
All such applications submitted by the students in the Department are to be forwared to the Examination Department after being duly attested by there Head of the Department/Coordinator/Director.
