In continuation of the earlier notification (Ref. No.: F194.V6/REG/2399-26, Date: 17.07.2026) regarding admissions to Certificate / Diploma / PG Diploma Courses (Self-Finance), the last date for online application has now been extended up to 06.09.2026.

N.B.:

ABC ID and a valid caste certificate (where applicable) with certificate number are mandatory for filling up the application form.
SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates belonging to States other than West Bengal shall be treated as General (Unreserved) category candidates for the purpose of admission.
A candidate who fails to produce a valid OBC-NCL certificate shall not be eligible for OBC reservation benefits and shall be treated as a General (Unreserved) category candidate for admission.
Candidates are advised not to wait until the last date to submit their online application in order to avoid any last-minute technical issues or rush.
Admission to different courses shall be made strictly on the basis of merit and the applicable reservation policy.
Inclusion of a candidate's name in the merit list does not guarantee admission to the applied course.
If any discrepancy or false information is detected during or after document verification, the candidature of the concerned candidate shall be cancelled summarily, and the admission fee, if paid, shall be forfeited.

For the Diploma Courses in Rajbangshi Language, Bhawaiya, Natok and Natyavinay, and Recitation, students shall have the option to exit with a Certificate upon successful completion of the First Semester (six months), subject to acquiring the requisite credits/marks. In such cases, the students shall be awarded the Certificate Course in Rajbangshi Language, Certificate Course in Bhawaiya, Certificate Course in Natok and Natyavinay, and Certificate Course in Recitation, respectively.
