Name of the Course Eligibility for Admission
M.A. in Bengali, English, Hindi, History, Sanskrit, Political Science, Philosophy, Education & Economics – Two-Year Programme For CBCS Candidates: B.A. (Honours) in the respective subject from a recognized University
For NCCF Candidates: A 3-Year (6-Semester) Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 120 Credits, including at least 60 Credits in the Major/Core Subject, from a recognized University.
M.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism Candidates must have completed (10+2+3) years bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/Institution, or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the AIU.
M.Sc. in Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics & Zoology – Two-Year Programme For CBCS Candidates: B.Sc. (Honours) in the respective subject from a recognized University
For NCCF Candidates: A 3-Year (6-Semester) Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 120 Credits, including at least 60 Credits in the Major/Core Subject, from a recognized University.
M.Sc. in Geography – Two-Year Programme For CBCS Candidates: B.A. (Honours) in Geography or B.Sc. (Honours) in Geography from a recognized University
For NCCF Candidates: A 3-Year (6-Semester) Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 120 Credits, including at least 60 Credits in the Major/Core Subject, from a recognized University
M.Com. – Two-Year Programme For CBCS Candidates: B.Com. (Honours) in Commerce from a recognized University
For NCCF Candidates: A 3-Year (6-Semester) Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 120 Credits, including at least 60 Credits in the Major/Core Subject, from a recognized University
LL.M. (Corporate and Commercial Law) – One-Year Programme INDIAN and Foreign Nationals seeking admission to the LL.M. Programme of CBPBU must have passed the LL.B. Degree with at least 50% marks in the aggregate, either
⚫ Three-Year LL.B. after Graduation under the 10+2+3+3 pattern; or
⚫ Five-Year Integrated LL.B. Programme under the 10+2+5 pattern, approved by the Bar Council of India and awarded by a University/Institution recognized by the UGC.
LL.M. (Human Rights and Duties Education) – Two-Year Programme Candidates must have passed the LL.B. Degree with at least 50% marks in the aggregate, either:
⚫ Three-Year LL.B. after Graduation under the 10+2+3+3 pattern; or
⚫ Five-Year Integrated LL.B. Programme under the 10+2+5 pattern, recognized by the Bar Council of INDIA
Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) – OneYear Programme Candidates who are Honours Graduates, or General Graduates (3-Year Degree Programme) in any discipline from a recognized University are eligible for admission
