Notice for Documents Verification for PG Admission, 2026-2027

It is hereby notified for information to all concerned that the DOCUMENT VERIFICATION of all academic records mentioned at the time of Online Filling up of Admission Application Form. Original documents of those students who have been admitted in M.A./M.Sc./M.Com./LL.M./BLIS for the academic session 2026–2027 will be held on 03/08/2026 at the concerned Department as per the following schedule. Classes will also commence on 03/08/2026.

A set of self-attested testimonials (Photo copies of Application Form duly signed by the candidate, payment slip of Admission Fee, Graduation Final Mark-sheet/Academic Transcript, Graduation Registration Certificate, Higher Secondary Mark-sheet/Academic Transcript, Secondary Marksheet/Academic Transcript, Secondary Admit Card, Caste Certificate / EWS Certificate (if applicable), along with original copies of all Payment Slips and Anti-Ragging Undertaking) along with the duly filled-in Application Form must be submitted during verification at the University Main Campus/Second Campus.

Original documents to be produced at the time of verification:

• Graduation Final Mark-sheet / Academic Transcript.
• Graduation Registration Certificate.
• Higher Secondary Mark-sheet / Academic Transcript.
• Secondary Mark-sheet / Academic Transcript.
• Madhyamik Admit Card.
  Caste Certificate / Valid EWS Certificate (to avail reservation benefits) issued by the appropriate authority as per the rules of Govt. West Bengal. A valid OBC certificate issued by the appropriate authority as per the rules of Govt. West Bengal for those candidate who have admitted in such category. Where Non Crème Layer should be mentioned else the candidature of the student will be cancelled.
• PH Certificate (to avail reservation benefits) issued by the appropriate authority as per Govt. rules.

Note for students admitted from other Universities: Students who have been admitted or will be admitted to various courses in Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University for the session 2026–2027 from other Universities or Migrated student of Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University are hereby directed to submit their Original Migration Certificate at the time of document verification.

Submission of the Original Migration Certificate is mandatory for registration in the respective course. Students failing to submit the same within the stipulated time will not be permitted to complete their registration.

N.B.: Before appearing for Document Verification, students are required to submit the Anti-Ragging Undertaking online at "https://www.antiragging.in/home.aspx ".
