Document Verification Notice 2026

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the DOCUMENT VERIFICATION of the original academic documents submitted by the students at the time of Online Admission Application for M.A./M.Sc./M.Com./LL.M./BLIS under Phase-II Admission for the academic session 2026–2027 will be held on 24.08.2026 at Room No. 117 as per the following schedule. Classes will also commence on and from 24.08.2026.

A set of self-attested testimonials (Photo copies of Application Form duly signed by the candidate, payment slip of Admission Fee, Graduation Final Mark-sheet/Academic Transcript, Graduation Registration Certificate, Higher Secondary Mark-sheet/Academic Transcript, Secondary Mark-sheet/Academic Transcript, Secondary Admit Card, Caste Certificate / EWS Certificate(if applicable), along with original copies of all Payment Slips and Anti-Ragging Undertaking) along with the duly filled-in Application Form must be submitted during verification at the University Main Campus/Second Campus.

Original documents to be produced at the time of verification:

• Graduation Final Mark-sheet / Academic Transcript
• Graduation Registration Certificate
• Higher Secondary Mark-sheet / Academic Transcript
• Secondary Mark-sheet / Academic Transcript
• Madhyamik Admit Card
• Caste Certificate / Valid EWS Certificate (to avail reservation benefits) issued by the appropriate authority as per the rules of Govt. West Bengal. A valid OBC certificate issued by the appropriate authority as per the rules of Govt. West Bengal for those candidate who have admitted in such category. Where Non Crème Layer should be mentioned else the candidature of the student will be cancelled.
