# Filled in application form to be submitted to Department of Business Management, University of Calcutta, Alipore Campus (6th Floor), 1, Reformatory Street, Kolkata- 700027 between 11:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M. on all working days, along with self-attested photocopies of Mark sheets from School leaving to the latest, Caste or any other reservation Certificate (if applicable) and hardcopy of Internet Banking Receipt of application fees.
