Eligibility:
- Female Candidate
- At least 50% marks in aggregate# at (10+2) level in any Stream
- Preference will be given to the student who has passed with Home Management as a related subject at (10+2) level.
*** denotes supernumerary additional seat for EWS which cannot be converted into any other category due to nonavailability of suitable candidates of that category.
No candidate from West Bengal State Council of Vocational Education and Training or equivalent is eligible to apply to the aforesaid courses.

4-Year B.Mus. (Hons. & Hons. with Research) in Music (BMUSCU) (Group No. – 435)
Seat: 117
Eligibility:
- At least 50% marks in aggregate# at (10+2) level
- Music as a subject at (10+2) level will be given preference.
# aggregate marks means % of Best four Subjects (marks obtained in ENVS will not be considered as one of the best four subjects).
Major & Minor Courses offered:
1. Hindusthani Classical Music
2. Rabindra Sangeet
3. Bengali Songs
In addition to Major & Minor courses AEC, SEC, IDC, CVAC etc. subjects are also part of this course as available in subject.
For SC/ST/PWD Candidates for all the Honours Courses 40% marks in aggregate in (10+2) level and other conditions remain the same. The relevant Third Gender candidates is also eligible.
If any changes or modification on Reserved Category will be framed in future by the Govt. of W.B. and subsequently accepted by the C.U., the changes or modification will be effective accordingly.

After submission of application, take a printout of submitted Application Form from the portal and keep them in your own custody.

Online submission of application through University Admission portal from 18-06-2025 to 30-06-2025.
Admission will be cancelled if documents are found not in conformity with the declaration in the form submitted online.
