Notification (Revised) regarding the modified syllabus of B. Music with Minor for FYUGP

As recommended by the meeting of the Board of Studies (BoS) in B. Music (offered by the Asom Sattriya Sangit Mahavidyalaya, Jorhat) and 134th meeting of the Under Graduate Board, Dibrugarh University held on 22.06.2026, the Academic Council, Dibrugarh University in its 137th meeting held on 29.06.2026 vide Resolution No. 10 has approved the modified syllabus of B. Music (B.Mus) with Minor for FYUGP with effect from 2026-2027 academic session in:



Major (Honours) Subjects: Minor Subjects:
(i) Sattriya Dance
(ii) Sattriya Vocal Music
(iii) Hindustani Vocal Music
(iv) Khol
(v) Tabla 		i) Theatre Arts
ii) Sattriya Vocal Music
iii) Khol
iv) Sattriya Dance

This cancels the earlier notification notified vide memo No. DU/DR-A/137th AC/ Performing Arts/ Syllabus (Certificate) /2026/877 date: 08.09.2026.
