Provisional merit list for admission to the Bachelor of Physical education (B.P.Ed.) programme 2026-27

The following provisionally selected candidates on the basis of merit of Entrance Examination for admission to the Bachelor of Physical education (B.P.Ed.) programme for the academic session 2026-27 are directed to report in the Centre on the scheduled date and time.

Admission Procedure:

The provisionally selected candidates shall have to be physically present in the Centre for Studies in Physical Education and Sports, Dibrugarh University, on 30^th July, 2026, as per the scheduled time for counseling/verification of their documents. The candidates provisionally selected for Admission (under any category) shall have to bring the following documents on the date of admission:

1. Undertaking for Provisional Admission: The format of the undertaking will be available on the University website. The original Pass Certificate/Grade Sheet must be produced within 20 days from the date of admission, failing which the admission shall be automatically cancelled and the fees shall not be refunded.
2. Gap Certificate: A Gap Certificate, wherever applicable, must be submitted in the form of an affidavit.
3. Original Documents: All original documents must be produced before the Admission Committee by candidates who did not present them during the document verification process.
4. Admission Fee, Course Fee, etc.: Candidates must pay the Admission Fee, Course Fee, and other applicable fees as per the Fee Structure available on the University website. The admission fee must be paid online through the Dibrugarh University ERP Portal.
5. Online Payment Facility: Candidates must have a valid Debit Card, Credit Card, or Internet Banking facility to make the online payment of the admission fee. The mobile number registered with the bank account used for the transaction must be active, as the OTP required for the payment will be sent to that number.
6. Provisional Admission: The selection and admission of candidates shall be purely provisional and subject to the fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria, including the qualifying examination and other relevant requirements.
7. Anti-Ragging Declaration: Admitted students are required to submit the Anti-Ragging Undertaking online at http://www.antiragging.in (as per the UGC Circular vide D.O.F. No. 1-1-15/2009 (ARC) Pt. III dated 12 June 2023) and submit a hard copy of the same to the Centre.
