1st Counselling cum Admission Notice for Four Year B Pharm Programme - Academic Session: 2026-27

In continuation of the Admission Notice No. DU/DR-A/Admission-B.Pharm/2026/345 dated 08/05/2026 the following candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for 1st phase of counselling on 17/08/2026 (Monday), from 10 AM onwards to prepare final merit list for admission to Four years B Pharm programme for the academic session 2026-2027:

Candidates are requested to bring the following documents at the time of admission:

1. A print copy to the Online Application submitted along with the photocopies of all relevant testimonials.
2. SSUHS-CEE 2026 Score Card.
3. Two recent Passport Size Photographs of the candidate.
4. Original Certificates and other relevant documents from class 10 onwards.
5. Candidates seeking admission against seats reserved for S.C/ S.T must submit certificate of caste issued by the Competent Government authorities.
6. Candidates seeking admission under the category of OBC/MOBC must produce non-creamy layer valid certificate from the concerned Office.
7. Candidates seeking admission against seats under Lateral entry in B. Pharm 3rd semester must submit completion certificate of hospital training issued by the competent authority.
8. EWS Certificate (if applicable)
9. PWD Certificate (if applicable)
10. Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Assam (if applicable).
11. Gap Certificate (if applicable)
12. The Admission Fee, Course Fee, etc. (as per the Fee Structure for the session 2026-2027 notified by the Registrar, D.U. vide no. DU/RG/B.01.06/2026/8398, dated 29.05.2026).
    The Admission Fee, Course Fee, etc (wherever applicable) to be paid by the candidates at the time of admission through online mode by using their Debit Card/Credit Card or internet banking.
13. The Admission of the candidates shall be held in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dibrugarh University on the scheduled dates only.
14. The Selection and Admission in B.Pharm Programme covered by this Notification shall be purely provisional and subject to fulfilment of requisite norms of Qualifying Examinations and other relevant criteria.
15. Anti Ragging Undertaking: The admitted students must submit Anti-Ragging Undertaking online on http://www.antiragging.in (Please refer the letter issued by the UGC vide no. 1-15/2009 (ARC) PT.III, dated 12.06.2023)
