Online Application for admission into the B.Pharm. Programme for the session 2026-2027

Online applications are invited from intending eligible candidates for admission to the Four Years (8 Semesters) Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) Programme for the session 2026–2027.

(B) Seats under State Sponsored Category of North-Eastern States other than Assam: The seats under this category shall be filled up with the candidates sponsored by the concerned North-Eastern States other than Assam with eligibility conditions as stated in Para (a) above.

(C) Seats under Endowment Category: Candidates from any State with eligibility conditions as stated in Para (a) above may apply and will be selected on the basis of Rank obtained in Common Entrance Examination (CEE)-2026 for admission to B.Pharm Programme.

(D) Admission through lateral entry in B. Pharm. 3^rd semester with D. Pharm. qualification under Endowment Category: No. of vacant seats: 05

Candidates from any State with Two-year Diploma in Pharmacy from any institute recognized by the PCI. Selection will be based on merit and performance in the interview.

(E) Seats under EWS category under Endowment seats (supernumerary): No. of seats: 05

Important Note: The candidates seeking admission to B Pharm Programme for the session 2026-2027 under State sponsored category of Assam [Para A (a)] and Endowment category [Para (C) & (E)] including Sons/Daughters of DU Employees/Retired Employees, shall have to clear Common Entrance Examination (CEE)-2026 for admission to B.Pharm Programme, conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences and submit the valid score card with the online application for admission. Selection will be done on the basis of Rank obtained in the Common Entrance Examination (CEE)- 2026 in addition to the fulfilment of minimum eligibility criteria.

The schedule for counselling and admission session shall be notified by the University in due course of time.

Additional Information for Admission to B. Pharm l't semester at Dibrugarh University, Academic Session 2026-27 :

The intake of candidates (50 nos.) from different States and against different categories is as follows:

1. Candidates seeking admission against seats reserved for S.C/ S.T must submit certificate of caste issued by the Competent Government authorities.
2. Candidates seeking admission under the category of OBC/MOBC must produce non-creamy layer valid certificate from the concerned Office.
3. Candidates seeking admission against seats under Lateral entry in B. Pharm 3^rd semester must submit completion certificate of hospital training issued by the competent authority.
4. For the reserved seats 'Wards of Assam Rifles Personnel', the candidates have to send copy of bonafide certificate from competent authority through email to the following email id: hod_pharmsc@dibru.ac.in. In case of non availability of the candidates the seats will be opened for General Category students.
5. Incomplete or late receipt of applications will not be entertained.
6. Sort Listed candidates will be called for counselling at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dibrugarh University. No TA/DA is admissible for the purpose.
7. The selected applicants shall have to take admission on the date of counselling by paying the necessary admission fee through online mode only (internet banking/debit card/ credit card etc.) as shown below:

   (A) State Category	:	Rs. 6,288/- per year approx.
   (B) Endowment Category	:	Rs. 48,888/- per year approx.
   (C) Hostel Admission fee (If allotted)	:	Rs. 2,900/- per year approx.

8. Candidates selected for hostel seat must take hostel admission on the specified date.
9. Statutory Reservation Policy shall be followed as per the rules of the University.

• Application for B. Pharm. Programme shall be through online mode only. No other means of application shall be accepted.
• Online Registration for submission of Application Form will begin from 23.07.2026. The last date for submission of application is 06.08.2026 (till 11.55 p.m.)
• For submission of the Online Application Form, intending candidates are advised to follow the following instructions:
  • For Online Application, please login to Admission Portal on https://dibru.ac.in or https://erp.dibru.work/
  • The Candidate needs to register on the portal by clicking the “Register” button and providing his/her name, mobile number and a password. The mobile number will be verified through an OTP. Please remember the password for login.
  • After successful registration, the candidate needs to login using his/her mobile number and the password.
  • After login, the candidate needs to click on the “Apply” button corresponding to the link of “B. Pharm. Programme” which will lead to an application form. The candidate needs to fill up the application form step by step.
  • After completion of the filling-up the Form Candidate needs to click the button “Submit and Review”. A preview of the filled-up form will be displayed. Candidates are advised to carefully cross-check the information and if anything needs to be corrected at this stage, they can go back and edit
  • After ensuring that all the information displayed on the Preview is correct, the candidate needs to click ‘Pay now & Submit the application” and the pay the application fee of Rs 950/- only through online mode (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).
  • The application form will be considered finally submitted only when the application fee is successfully paid by the candidate and an online receipt is generated confirming the payment.
  • There will be a button to download your Application Form for future reference.
  • The Submission of Online Application Forms shall be automatically closed after the last date.
  • Candidates seeking admission under the Non-Statutory Reservation Quota in the category of sons and Daughters of the DU Employees/Retired Employees shall have to submit a print out of the Submitted online.

Application Form of the B. Pharm. Programme 2026 along with the self-attested copies of all relevant testimonials and a Filled in Prescribed Form on or before 06.08.2026 at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dibrugarh University [Please refer Clause No. 2 (IV) (b) of 'Reservation and Relaxation Policy for admission into Post Graduate, Under Graduate, Advanced Post Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Diploma and Certificate Programmes (Revised upto February 2022) available in the Dibrugarh University Website].
