2nd Counselling cum Admission Notice under EWS Category in Four Years B. Pharm Programme 2026-27

In continuation of the Admission Notice No. DU/PS/HOD/Pharm.Sci/BPharm Admission/2026/02 dated 12/08/2026 the following candidate has been provisionally shortlisted under EWS category for 2^nd counselling on 31/08/2026 (Monday), at 10 AM for admission to Four years B Pharm programme for the academic session 2026-2027:

Candidate is requested to bring the following documents at the time of admission:

1. A print copy to the Online Application submitted along with the photocopies of all relevant testimonials.
2. SSUHS-CEE 2026 Score Card.
3. Two recent Passport Size Photographs of the candidate.
4. Original Certificates and other relevant documents from class 10 onwards.
5. Valid EWS Certificate
6. Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Assam.
7. Gap Certificate (if applicable)
8. The Admission Fee, Course Fee, etc. (as per the Fee Structure for the session 2026-2027 notified by the Registrar, D.U. vide no. DU/RG/B.01.06/2026/8398, dated 29.05.2026). The Admission Fee, Course Fee, etc (wherever applicable) to be paid by the candidates at the time of admission through online mode by using their Debit Card/Credit Card or internet banking.
9. The Counselling cum Admission of the candidate shall be held in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dibrugarh University.
10. The Selection and Admission in B.Pharm Programme covered by this Notification shall be purely provisional and subject to fulfilment of requisite norms of Qualifying Examinations and other relevant criteria.
11. Anti Ragging Undertaking: The admitted students must submit Anti-Ragging Undertaking online on http://www.antiragging.in (Please refer the letter issued by the UGC vide no. 1-15/2009 (ARC) PT.III, dated 12.06.2023)
