First Round of Counselling Cum Admission
Four Year B. Tech. Programmes
Academic Session: 2026-2027

Candidates who have registered their application through the Dibrugarh University web portal via online and also who wish to apply through "On Spot" registration process are invited for appearing in the 1^st round of Counselling cum Admission process of the 4-year B.Tech. programmes offered by Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering & Technology, Dibrugarh University for the Academic Session 2026-27.

Fee Payable (online/bank deposit) at the time of admission other than Endowment Category Seats
- Admission Fee: Rs. 10,745.00
- First Semester Course Fee: Rs. 50,000.00
Original Documents to produce for verification.
- HSLC (Class X): Admit Card.
- HS (10+2) Admit Card & Mark-Sheet.
- Valid Caste Certificate, if any, from competent authority.
- Permanent Resident Certificate.
- CEE-2026/JEE-2026 Admit Card & Score Card.
- Valid EWS certificate (if applicable)
- Gap Certificate in the form of Court Affidavit for applicants who have passed HS (10+2) prior to 2026.
- Two Recent Passport Size Photographs.

3. Fee Payable at the time of admission for Endowment Category Seats

a. Admission Fee: Rs. 10,745.00
b. First Semester Course Fee: Rs. 50,000.00
c. One time Endowment Fee of Rs. 2,00,000/- only

Note:

If any vacancy remains in the CEE category, the same will be converted into JEE category or vice-versa as per B.Tech. Admission rules in due course of time.
Un-filled reserved category seat shall be converted into open category in due course of time.
EWS reservation shall be provided as per Govt. norms.
