Medical Rules Clause 8(d) Withdrawn Notice

In pursuance of Resolution No. (19) adopted in the 361st Meeting of the Executive Council of Dibrugarh University, held on 11th February, 2026, it is hereby notified for general information that Clause 8(d) of the Dibrugarh University Medical Attendance and Treatment Rules, 1981 (as amended up to 2025) has been reviewed by the competent authority and stands withdrawn with immediate effect.

Accordingly, Clause 8(d) of the aforesaid Rules shall no longer remain in force, and all concerned are hereby directed to act in conformity with this Notification.
