Notification for Students Applying for or Availing Both CM Jibon Prerana and MMNMA/MMNBA

This is to inform all concerned students that the Government of Assam has identified certain students who have applied for both the CM Jibon Prerana Scheme and the Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Moina Asoni (MMNMA)/Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Babu Asoni (MMNBA). The applications of these students under MMNMA/MMNBA have been rejected. The lists furnished by the Government are enclosed as Annexure I and Annexure II.

It has also been observed that some students, whose names do not appear in Annexure I or Annexure II, have availed benefits under both schemes, contrary to the guidelines laid down by the Government of Assam.

Accordingly, all students who have applied for or availed benefits under both the CM Jibon Prerana Scheme and MMNMA/MMNBA are hereby requested to disclose the same to the undersigned on or before 30.10.2026, through a written letter or by email at ujjalboro@dibru.ac.in, clearly indicating their name, Department/Centre/Institute, programme, and details of the applications submitted or benefits received.

Students are advised to make a full and accurate disclosure. Non-disclosure of such information may invite adverse measures by the Government in due course.
