Duplicate Academic Documents for Flood-Affected Students

Notice regarding issuance of Duplicate Academic Documents to candidates affected by the recent flood in Upper Assam

This is for general information of all concerned that the candidates, who have been severely affected by the recent flood in Upper Assam and have lost their original mark sheets, grade sheets or admit cards issued by Dibrugarh University, can apply for duplicate copies of the aforementioned documents.

Application Process:

Offline Mode: Eligible candidates can submit their applications directly at the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Dibrugarh University.
Online Mode: Applications can also be sent via email to the Controller of Examinations at coe@dibru.ac.in.

(a) Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates are required to submit a duly filled Self-Declaration-cum-Undertaking form (available on the official website of Dibrugarh University: www.dibru.ac.in) at the time of receiving their document(s).
Other relevant documents, if available.

(b) Important: Applications will be received within 3 (three) months from the date of issue of this notification.
