Notification for Registration of FYUGP Students of 1ˢᵗ Semester B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. (2026-2027 session under NEP)

This is to inform you that the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Dibrugarh University is pleased to approve the Samarth enrollment number as the Dibrugarh University registration number for the students of 1^st semester B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com. FYUGP under NEP for the session 2026-2027. The students along with their all information who got admitted in the college for FYUGP 1^st Semester for the session 2026-27 through Assam Samarth web portal had been migrated to dibru.samarth.ac.in. So, there is no need to enter any details in Dibrugarh University Samarth portal. The students can download their registration card digitally by logging in their account http://dibru.samarth.edu.in after the payment of the registration fees. The exact date for downloading the registration card by the students will be notified later on.

The college shall deposit the Registration Fees of Rs. 430/- (Rupees four hundred thirty only) (as per DHE office memorandum no 490303/2024/9 dated: 01/06/2024) per student with duly certified consolidated statement of fees at the University through RTGS/NEFT as per the details below:

The duly certified consolidated statement of fees (two copies) and the payment receipt should be submitted at the Certificate, Registration and Migration Section of Dibrugarh University. Before the submission of the Examination Form Fill-up for the FYUGP 1^st Semester Examinations, 2026 at Dibrugarh University, the college is requested to submit the registration fees. The college is requested to submit their registration fees at Dibrugarh University on or before 05.11.2026.

This letter is not intended for the Autonomous College of Dibrugarh University.
