2nd Admission Notification of MBA (FT) for the session 2026-2027

Online Applications are invited from intending eligible candidates for admission against the unfilled reserved categories seats to the MBA (Full Time) Programme for the academic session 2026-2027 offered by the Centre for Management Studies (CMS), Dibrugarh University as mentioned below:

• OBC-NCL : 4 seats
• ST(P) : 4 seats
• ST(H) : 3 seats
• EWS : 1 seat

Note: If any OBC-NCL/EWS candidate whose name is in the unreserved waiting list because of their inability to produce valid OBC-NCL/EWS certificate wants to submit their valid OBC-NCL/EWS certificate may do so by July 20, 2026. It should be emailed to admissions@cmsdu.org

Eligibility :

A Bachelor Degree in any discipline (except Music and Fine Arts) from a recognized Indian University with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) with any valid MAT/CAT/CMAT Score. Those who are waiting for their final semester examinations / results can also apply.

Admission Procedure:

• MBA (Full Time): The admission procedure consists of:
  • 1. Written Test (45% weightage): Candidates have to take the MAT (Management Aptitude Test) examination conducted by All India Management Association / CAT (Common Admission Test) conducted by IIMs or CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) conducted by AICTE. Sponsored and / or foreign candidates are exempted from appearing in the Written Test.
  • 2. Group Discussion (30% weightage) and Personal Interview (25% weightage): Candidates who have a valid MAT / CAT / CMAT Score (as fixed by the Centre after the application process) or otherwise qualified as mentioned above will be called for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
    
    The final selection will be based on the candidate's overall performance.

Application Procedure:

• Application for MBA (FT) Programme shall be through online mode only. No other means of application shall be accepted.
• Online Registration for submission of Application Form will begin from 16.07.2026.The last date for submission of application is 20.07.2026 (till 11.55 p.m.)
• For submission of the Online Appliiation Form intending candidates are advised to follow the following instructions :
  1. For Online Application, please login to Admission Portal on https://dibru.ac.in or https://erp.dibru.work
  2. The Candidate needs to register on the portal by clicking the “Register” button and providing his/her name, mobile number and a password. The mobile number will be verified through an OTP. Please remember the password for login.
  3. After successful registration, the candidate needs to login using his/her mobile number and the password.
  4. After login, the candidate needs to click on the “Apply” button corresponding to the link of “MBA Programme” which will lead to an application form. The candidate needs to fill up the application form step by step.
  5. After completion of the filling-up of the form, candidate needs to click the button “Submit and Review”. A preview of the filled-up form will be displayed. Candidates are advised to carefully cross-check the information and if anything needs to be corrected at this stage, they can go back and edit
  6. After ensuring that all the information displayed on the Preview is correct, the candidate needs to click ‘Pay now & Submit the application” and then pay the application fee of Rs 950/- only through online mode (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).
  7. The application form will be considered finally submitted only when the application fee is successfully paid by the candidate and an online receipt is generated confirming the payment.
  8. There will be a button to download your Application Form for future reference. Keep a copy of the downloaded form without fail.
  9. The Submission of Online Application Forms shall be automatically closed after the last date.
• There shall be no alternative procedure for Application for applying to the MBA (FT) Programme and the University shall not receive the Application except the procedure mentioned at (2) above.
