MBA Admission 2026-27 GD & PI Schedule Released

Notification of Group Discussion and Personal Interview
for Admission to MBA (FT): Academic Year 2026-27

Candidates who had applied for admission to MBA (FT) at Centre for Management Studies, Dibrugarh University in the Academic Year 2026-27 are hereby notified to appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview at the Centre’s premises at Dibrugarh University as per the time slots given on June 4 & 5, 2026. All candidates are to go through the following instructions and strictly comply:

  • A hard copy (print out) of the Application Form along with print out of MAT/CAT/CMAT Scorecard should be brought for submission.
  • All testimonials – Class X marksheet, Class XII marksheet, Graduation final semester marksheet (if already passed) and Caste/valid EWS Certificate (if applicable) are to be brought in original for verification without fail. OBC Candidates must produce valid NCL Certificate. A photocopy of Caste/EWS/NCL Certificate (if applicable) have to be submitted.
  • Dress Code is formal (no jeans/casual wear/sports shoes/chappals).
  • During the GD/PI process, candidates will be allowed to update their MAT/CAT/CMAT Score if they have a better score than the one with which they applied.
  • Personal Interview (PI) Round will be held immediately after the GD. The topics for GD will be given at the spot.
  • Those who have already graduated should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in their graduation to appear for the GD. Others will be allowed to appear in the selection process provisionally.
  • All candidates are advised to go through the Centre’s website (https://cmsdu.org) for knowing about the Centre in general and the MBA (FT) programme in particular.
  • Candidates are advised to check/follow/like the Centre’s official social media handles for regular updates. The links to the social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) are available in the Centre’s website.
  • Guardians will not be allowed into the Centre during the GD/PI process. Only the applicants will be allowed to enter the Centre on showing the Application Form.
  • Parking of vehicles will be allowed only in the designated parking slots as decided by Campus Security.

  • Failure to follow the instructions/rules in place will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
