Notification regarding the Process of Applying for
Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Moina Asoni and Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Babu Asoni

All eligible students are hereby informed that the application for Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Moina Asoni (MMNMA) and Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Babu Asoni (MMNBA) is to be submitted through the Student SAMARTH Portal.

The application process is to be completed by the students themselves through their respective Student SAMARTH accounts.

A Guide for Applying for MMNMA/MMNBA through the Student SAMARTH Portal is enclosed with this Notification for the guidance of the students. All eligible students are requested to carefully follow the instructions provided in the Guide while submitting their applications.

Students are advised to:

1. Log in/ Register to the Student SAMARTH Portal using their credentials.
2. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the enclosed Guide.
3. Enter all required information accurately and upload the requisite documents, wherever applicable.
4. Verify all details carefully before final submission.
5. Submit the application through the Student SAMARTH Portal before 5th September 2026.
6. Carefully read the eligibility criteria before submission of forms.

All eligible students are advised to complete the application process well in advance of the last date to avoid any inconvenience.
