Notification regarding Documents to be Produced by the Candidates for Collection of Cheques of MMNMA and MMNBA

This is to inform all students of Dibrugarh University whose applications under the Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Moina Asoni (MMNMA) and Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Babu Asoni (MMNBA) schemes were accepted through the Samarth Portal during the first phase and whose cheques have been issued that they are required to bring the following documents for collection of their respective cheques on 15 October 2026:

1. Photocopy of the University Identity Card.
2. Photocopy of the front page of the Aadhaar-seeded Bank Account Passbook.

The students concerned are requested to submit the above-mentioned photocopies at the time of collection of their cheques for verification and official records.

All concerned students are requested to attend the Ceremonial Cheque Distribution Programme, scheduled to be held on 15 October 2026 at Rangghar Auditorium, Dibrugarh University, for the collection of their cheques under the respective schemes.
