Migrations under the multiple Entry-Exit and Horizontal Mobility Provisions of NEP-2020

In compliance with the Notification vide No:E-775718/15 dated 02.07.2026, regarding the Mandatory Routing of All Student Migrations under the Multiple Entry-Exit and Horizontal Mobility Provisions of NEP-2020 Exclusively through the Lateral Entry Portal in Assam SAMARTH Portal issued by the Director of Higher Education, Assam, which is self explanatory, it is to notify all concerned that, henceforth all processes related to Multiple Entry-Exit under Dibrugarh University shall be through Assam SAMARTH Portal.

Further, the Notification already issued by Dibrugarh University vide Memo No. DU/DR-A/College Transfer/2026/548 dated 26.06.2026 is hereby cancelled. Students who have already collected college transfer order from the Academic Branch of Dibrugarh University must apply afresh through SMARTH Portal for such transfer.
