Application for Hostel Accommodation by Newly Admitted Students of 1st Semester PG (CBCS) and
7th Semester (Lateral Entry) FYIPG Programmes

This is to inform all concerned that students admitted to the 1^st Semester Postgraduate Programmes and the 7^th Semester Lateral Entry under the Five Year Integrated Post Graduate Programme (FYIPGP) are required to fill out the Google Form using the link provided below if they wish to be considered for Dibrugarh University Hostel Admission.

Deadline for students to submit the Google Form: 7 August 2026, 2:00 PM

After the submission deadline (2:00 PM on 7 August 2026), the Students' Welfare Section (SWS) will share the Google Sheets response link with the respective departments/centres.

The concerned departments/centres are requested to verify the responses and forward the list of eligible candidates to the SWS by the evening of 7 August 2026 to facilitate the online hostel admission process.

Further the eligible students will have to complete their online hostel admission on or before 10 August 2026.
