Notification regarding the discrepancy in the evaluation breakdown for SEC

As approved by the Academic Council, Dibrugarh University in its 137^th meeting held on 29.06.2026 vide Resolution No. 32, it is for information of all concerned that the discrepancy in the evaluation breakdown for SEC 239N (Vermicomposting Techniques) be rectified. The corrected marks distribution within the syllabus to be updated and uploaded to the University website accordingly.

Furthermore, it is approved that the Department of English shall continue to ensure that question papers for AEC 2 are set with the explicit objective of evaluating applied skills, as confirmed by the Head of the Department.

In addition, for all FYUGP question papers in English (both Major and Minor) and other subjects, mandatory moderation will be conducted by both empanelled college teachers and University Faculty. The Controller of Examinations will issue the necessary instructions to all paper setters and moderators emphasizing strict adherence to established guidelines and ensuring the structural parity of all question papers.
