Notification (modified) regarding the Registration of Students in B.Ed., BBA, M.Ed., MBA (Full-Time) (CBCS), PGDCA and PGDTPM Programmes under Dibrugarh University

All Departments/Centre for Studies/Institutes offering B.Ed. / BBA/ M.Ed./ MBA (Full-Time) (CBCS)/ PGDCA/ PGDITPM programme under Dibrugarh University are hereby requested to ensure completion of student registration through the web portal https://regn.placemarks.online by 05.11.2026

Kindly note that:

1. The Registration Fee will be as per Notification No: DU/Exam/Certi.Regn.Mign./2025/291 dated 03/07/2025
2. Students already registered under Dibrugarh University do not need to pay any fee. However, the registration number of such students along with other information has to be entered in the portal.
3. Students who have graduated from universities other than Dibrugarh University have to submit their Original Migration Certificate to Dibrugarh University.

The Department/Centre for Studies/Colleges/Institutes shall collect the Registration fee from its students as specified above and deposit it into Dibrugarh University's bank account through RTGS/NEFT/Cash and thereafter submit two certified copies of consolidated fee statement to:

a. Certificate & Registration Branch, DU
b. EDPS Section, DU.
