In the greater interest of the XXIV Convocation of Dibrugarh University, scheduled to be held on 28th February, 2026 and to ensure smooth distribution of Certificates among the candidates, the following officers & employees of the University are delegated the responsibilities at the respective counters/ venues as shown below. It is to be noted that, as soon as the convocation function gets over, the certificates are to be distributed to the candidates only on production of the Clearance Receipt of Convocation Robes issued by the Robe Committee. The certificates shall be distributed in the designated counters (Counter No: 1 to 6)
Further all the entrusted persons are requested to make appropriate arrangement at their respective venues at least one day ahead of the Convocation and to report latest by 10.00 AM on the day of Convocation at their assigned counters/venues accordingly. The In-charge persons are to take custody of the certificates and other relevant documents from the Assistant Registrar (Examinations), DU, on the day of the Convocation at 9.00 AM positively. They are also requested to make arrangement of at least one peon (if required) at their assigned counters, if not provided in this list.
