The applicants must produce the following documents in original along with one set of selfattested photocopies for each program at the respective department.

Chancellor’s portal Application Form
Two (02) passport Size photographs
Secondary school (class 10th) Mark sheet or equivalent
Pass Certificate of Class 10th or equivalent
Senior secondary school (class 12th) Mark Sheet or equivalent
Pass Certificate of Class 12th or equivalent
Aadhar Card
CUET Score Card (if applicable)
Character certificate
Migration Certificate
Transfer Certificate/College Leaving Certificate
Caste certificates (ST/SC/OBC-NCL/EWS) certificate (if applicable, must be issued by the competent authority)
PWD/ PH certificate (for differently abled candidates, if applicable, issued by the competent authority)
Certificate(s) for Representing International, National, or State Level in sports/Games (if applicable, for candidates applying under the sports Quota)
BPL Certificate (if applicable, issued by Block Development Officer)
