Ph.D. Admission – Departmental Interviews and Document Verification

All Heads of Departments are hereby informed that the lists of applicants for admission to Ph.D. Courses, along with their respective academic scores, are being forwarded to the concerned Departments for necessary action.

The Departments shall conduct interviews of the shortlisted candidates on 02/11/2026. Candidates shall be informed in advance of the interview schedule, venue and requirement to produce original documents along with self-attested photocopies.

The respective Departments shall physically verify all original certificates, marksheets and other relevant documents during the interview process. Any discrepancy shall be recorded and examined before finalising recommendations.

The outcome of the selection process shall be communicated to the concerned candidates, the Registrar and the Administrative Head of the University Website by 03/11/2026.

All Heads of Departments shall ensure strict compliance with the prescribed schedule and applicable admission norms.
