Undergraduate Students of all the Traditional/Self-Financing/Vocational courses of the following Academic Sessions: 2020–2023, 2021–2024 and 2022–2025 are hereby informed that the Examination Department will be conducting Special Examination for them to clear their backlogs of Semester–III, Semester–IV, Semester–V and Semester–VI respectively

So, the students are required to make a note of the following points in this regard–

Step–1: Fill the hard copy of the Examination Form, which can be downloaded and printed from the University Website (https://dspmuranchi.ac.in/)
Step–2: Deposit the requisite fees as mentioned in the table shown below at the Fee Counter, collect the challan, attach the challan with the duly filled Examination form and signed by their respective Head of Department/Coordinator/Director, and also they should keep a photo copy of the Examination form

Along with the Examination Form they are required to attach the photocopy of the following documents:

(1) Marksheets of Semester–III, Semester–IV, Semester–V and Semester–VI (whichever is applicable).
(2) Examiantion Fee Receipt of Semester–III, Semester–IV, Semester–V and Semester–VI [Receipts of all Examination Fee for the above mentioned Semesters (whichever is applicable) if submitted and appeared in Examination of any of these Semesters earlier].

The dates for filling the Examination form, depositing the Requisite Fees and submitting the form will be from 18.07.2026 to 28.07.2026.
