In continuation of University Notification Vide Memo No. DSPMU/G/37/26, Dated 13.06.2026, the Online applications are further invited from eligible candidates for admission at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Ranchi in Traditional/Self-Financing and Vocational Undergraduate courses through Chancellor Portal (https://jharkhanduniversities.nic.in) for the Academic Session 2026-2030 (Four Year Under Graduate Programme-FYUGP). Chancellor Portal shall remain open for filling up the admission forms till 01.07.2026 (5:00 P.M.). Merit list shall be provided to the Departments on 04.07.2026 by the IT-Incharge, DSPMU, Ranchi. Departments shall publish first merit list on 06.07.2026.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED:

1. No applications will be entertained after the deadline of the date as given in schedule. If an applicant fails to appear for the document verification, his/her name will be struck off and his/her candidature will not be considered in further list.
2. Admission will be confirmed only after the submission of admission fees made online within stipulated date and time.
3. After submission of application on chancellor portal, the applicants are advised to take printout for validation of facts.
4. Share of admission from CUET score in no case should exceed 50% of the total allocated seats for the department. In case of unavailability of candidates under CUET category, seats shall be filled by those applied on the basis of marks obtained in the Board Examination. Reservation roster is to be mandatorily followed.
5. The process of admission is to be completed by 31.07.2026.
6. Classes shall commence from 03.08.2026 for Under-Graduate Courses for the academic session 2026-30.
