Admission Notification of MBA (FT) Programme for the Academic Session 2026-2027

Online Applications are invited from eligible intending candidates for admission to the following programme for the academic session 20264027 offered by the Centre for Management Studies (CMS), Dibrugarh University:
MBA (FuIl rime) Two years (Four semester) programme (ArcrE Approved)

Online Registration for submission of Application Form will begin from 02/03/2026.
The last date for submission of application is 20/04/2026 (till 11:55 P.M.)

Eligibility

A Bachelor Degree in any discipline (except Music and Fine Arts) from a recognized Indian University with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% fot SC/ST candidates) with any valid MAT/CAT/CMAT Score. Those who are waiting for their final semester examinations/results can also apply.

Admission Procedure

Written Test (45% weightage): Candidates have to take the MAT (Management Aptitude Test) examination conducted by All India Management Association/CAT (Common Admission Test) conduited by IIMs or CMAf (cominon Managemeit Admission Test) condtbted by AICTE. Sporisored and/or foreign candidates are exempted from appearing in the Written Test.
Group Discussion (30% weightage) and Personal Interview (25% weightage): Candidates who have a valid MAT/CAT/CMAT Score (as fixed by the Centre after the application process) or otherwise qualified as mentioned above will be called for a Group Discussion and personal Interview.

The final selection will be based on the candidate's overall performance.

Application Procedure

Application for MBA (FT) Programme shall be through online mode only. No other means of application shall be accepted.
Online Registration for submission of Application Form will begin from 02/03/2026.
The last date for submission of application is 20/04/2026 (till 11:55 P.M.).
For submission of the Online Application Form, nt€nding candidates are advised to follow the following instructions:
- For online Application, please login to Admission Portal on https://dibru.ac.in or https://erp.dibru.work.
- The Candidate needs to register on the portal by clicking the "Register" button and providing his/her name, mobile number and a password. The mobile number will be verified through an OTP. Please remember the password for login.
- After successful registration, the candidate needs to login using his/her mobile number and the password.
- After login, the candidate needs to click on the "Apply" button corresponding to the link of "MBA Programme" which will lead to an application form. The candidate needs to fill up the applicationform step by step.
- After completion of the filling-up of the form, candidate needs to click the button "Submit and Review". A preview of the filled-up form will be displayed. Candidates are advised to carefully cross-check the information and if anything needs to be corrected at this stage, they can go back and edit.
- After ensuring that all the information displayed on the Preview is correct, the candidate needs to click "Pay now & Submit the application" and then pay the application fee of Rs. 950/- only through online mode (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).
- The application form will be considered finally submitted only when the application fee is successfully paid by the candidate and an online receipt is generated confirming the payment.
- There will be a button to download your Application Form for future reference. Keep a copy of the downloaded form without fail.
- The Submission of Online Application Forms shall be automatically closed after the last date.
- Candidates seeking admission under the Non-Statutory Reservation Quota in the category of Sons and Daughters of the DU Employees/Retired Employees shall have to submit a print out of the Submitted Online Application Forrn of the MBA (FT) Programme 2026 along with the self-attested copies of all relevant testimonials and a Filled in Prescribed Form at the Cente for Management Studies, Dibrugarh University [Please refer Clause No. 2 (IV) (b) of 'Reservation and Relaxation Policy tor admission into Post Graduate, Under Graduale, Advanced Post Graduate Diploma, Post Gradyate Diploma, Diploma and Cefiificate Progrummes (Revised upto February 2022) available in the Dibrugarh University Website].
Note: Certificate from competent authority must be submitted. Attach additional sheet(s) if necessary
There shall be no altemative procedure for Application for applying to the MBA (FT) Programme and the University shall not receive the Application except the procedure mentioned at (2) above.
