PhD Psychology Interview 2026 Schedule & Documents

Interview Notice & Schedule for Admission to Ph.D. in Psychology 2025 – 2026 (Phase II)


Applicants to the Ph.D. Program in Psychology are required to appear for Offline Interview which will be held on 21st, 22nd and 23rd April, 2026 in the Department of Psychology, Arts Faculty Extension Building, University of Delhi, North Campus, Delhi – 110007 as per the schedule mentioned below.



APPLICANTS MUST ENSURE TO BRING THE FOLLOWING SELF-ATTESTED DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THEIR ORIGINALS FOR VERIFICATION

  1. Printout of the Online Application Form.
  2. Latest Caste/Category Certificate (of current financial year).
  3. Birth Certificate/Class X certificate mentioning their date of birth.
  4. Mark-sheet and Certificate class 10th onwards, and any other testimonials for Academic Qualifications.
  5. Post Graduation Marksheet & other relevant documents.
  6. Candidates are required to bring 3 hard copies of the proposal/synopsis submitted online for the interview.
  7. UGC NET/Equivalent certificate.
  8. NOC by DU employee from the competent authority indicating the permission to be relieved for two semester course work.

Suppression of data or lack of documentary evidence observed at any point of time will summarily lead to rejection of the candidature from the processing of PhD admission procedure

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Candidates should ensure that they are meeting the minimum eligibility for admission to Ph.D. in Psychology, as mentioned below:

    “55% Marks in Master’s Degree (Psychology/Applied Psychology/Behavioural & Cognitive Sciences/Human Development and Family Studies) from a recognized University with 5% relaxation for OBC/SC/ST and Persons with disability”
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
