Extension of Examination form fill up of B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com & B.Voc TDC (CBCS) Semester-II (Arrear Batches 2020, 2021 & 2022, Semester - IV (Arrear Batches 2020, 2021 & 2022 and Semester-VI (Arrear Batches 2020, 2021 & 2022 Examination, 2026.
It is hereby informed to you all that the Examination form fill up process for the students of
B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com & B.Voc TDC (CBCS) Semester-II (Arrear Batches 2020, 2021 & 2022),
Semester-IV (Arrear Batches 2020, 2021 & 2022) and Semester-VI (Arrear Batches 2020, 2021 & 2022)
Examination, 2026 has been extended till 26th April, 2026.
(For Batch 2022) Students can log in to
https://onlinegu.in for filling their examination forms.
(For Batch 2020 & 2021) Students can log in to
guportal.in for filling the examination forms.
- Office of the Controller of Examinations, Gauhati University will not accept any examination form or fee from students.
- Semester VI Candidates having arrear in both 2nd and 6th Semester can fill the Examination form for either 6th Semester or 2nd Semester i.e. a candidate is not allowed to appear both in 6th and 2nd Semester Examination at the same time.
- Candidates have to deposit their examination fees in their Colleges.

Note: Centre Fees and practical Fees will be collected & retained by the concerned college/institution.
Fees to be Paid:
Colleges have to deposit the Examination Fees through RTGS to Registrar, Gauhati University
SBI Account (A/c No. - 40492883654, IFSC Code -
SBIN0002060, and MICR Code -
781002015) and to submit all the fees payment documents in
separate envelopes to the Treasurer, Gauhati University on or before
05th May, 2026.
N.B:

The last date for Colleges to approve the Examination form is
30th April, 2026. Admit cards for unapproved students will not be generated.

Multiple extensions of the form fill up dates initiate several issues which hampers the smooth conduct of the Examination,
hence all are requested to complete the Examination form fillup process within the stipulated period. Colleges are further
requested for wide circulation of the Examination form fillup process among the students.

Colleges must ensure that all the students having arrear subjects/papers (Back Paper) have filled their examination forms in the stipulated time.

While verifying and approving Examination forms, colleges must ensure that the same candidate/candidates is/are not filling the examination form
for both 2nd and 6th semester examinations at the same time.

This will be the last and final extension of the Arrear Examination (CBCS) form fillup dates.
