Extension of Hostel Re-admission

This is for the information of all existing boarders of the Gauhati University (Campus) Hostels that, in view of the prevailing flood situation in Upper Assam, the last date for payment of the Hostel Re-admission Fee through SBI Collect and submission of the prescribed Google Form has been extended up to 03 August 2026.

The Google Form link remains the same (https://forms.gle/M6iGv3aQNVudhJxE7) as notified earlier. Boarders are requested to upload the Hostel Re-admission Payment Slip along with the required details through the same Google Form on or before the extended deadline.

All other terms and conditions mentioned in the earlier notification (Ref. No: SECY/UC/2026/2633) shall remain unchanged.
