Spot Admission Notice for ITEP 2026–27

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that Spot Admission against the few vacant seats available in the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP), B.A.–B.Ed. (Secondary Stage), will be conducted at the Department of Education, Gauhati University, from 28^th July 2026 to 4^th August 2026.

Candidates who wish to avail themselves of the online spot admission facility may submit their details through the following Google Form: https://forms.gle/pbo4swJz1FoBaCrWA  or

1. If the number of applications exceeds the available seats, admission shall be made strictly on the basis of merit.
2. Preference shall be given to candidates seeking admission with Hindi or Economics as their Second Major.
3. Admission shall be subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and verification of original documents.

Important Note: Although the Spot Admission period is scheduled from 28^th July to 4^th August 2026, the admission process shall be closed immediately once all available seats are filled, even if this occurs before 4^th August 2026.
