MMNMA & MMNBA – online Apply Notification

It is hereby notified that all eligible students for Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Moina Aasoni (MMNMA) and Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Babu Aasoni (MMNBA) for the academic session 2026–27, who have already submitted their duly filled hard-copy application forms to the Office of the Secretary, University Classes, Gauhati University, are also required to submit their applications online through the Assam SAMARTH Portal. Online submission is mandatory for availing the benefits under the respective scholarship schemes.

For online submission, eligible students are required to login/register on the Student SAMARTH Portal (https://assamshesp.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login) using their credentials and complete the application process by following the step-by-step instructions provided in the guidelines enclosed with this notification.

• All eligible students are advised to complete the scholarship application process well before the last date of 05 September 2026 to avoid any last-minute technical issues or other inconvenience.
• PG 3^rd Semester students facing login difficulties should try both applicable formats of their Enrolment Number (Enrolment no. 25XXXXXXXX or 84XXXXX)

Note: Submission of the hard-copy application alone does not complete the application process. Eligible students must also complete the online submission through the Portal (https://assamshesp.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login)
