• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent) in relevant discipline or M.Sc in Electronics/Physics/Instrumentation
• Valid GATE score in any of the following disciplines/specializations:
  • Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC)
  • Electrical Engineering (EE)
  • Instrumentation Engineering (IN)
  • Physics (PH)

Financial Assistance

Candidates with valid GATE score, admitted to full-time M.Tech. Programmes will be eligible for a monthly stipend as per Government of India/AICTE norms, subject to applicable rules.
