Re-Admission Notice for Post Graduate Students – 3rd Semester (Session 2026–2027)

It is notified for information of all concerned that the admission into the 3^rd semester of all Post Graduate Programmes for the session 2026-2027 will commence as per the following mode and schedule.

1. All payment will be made online only through https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/
2. Candidates need to print (three) 3 copies of their payment slip after making the payment- one for the student and two copies for the University to be submitted at the concerned Department.




3. The fee waiver scheme will be applicable for M.A., M.Sc., and M.Com, as per the Government of Assam office Memorandum Memo No. 413540/2026/204-A dated 04/07/2026 AHE-11/862/2023-HIGHER EDU.-Higher Education Department I/1632101/2026/ However, it is important to note that students must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for the fee waiver scheme as stated in the notification:
   1. Students whose parental annual income is less than Rs. 4.00 lakh from all sources will be eligible to avail this scheme.
   2. If either of the parent (mother or father) of the student is working in the state Govt. /Central Govt./semi Govt./ State or Central Govt. Undertaking, such students shall not be eligible under this scheme.
   3. Scheme is only for regular students having minimum 70% of attendance in classes with no back paper in previous examination.
   4. Students taking admission in any professional, vocational and self-financing course shall not be eligible under this scheme unless otherwise instructed by Government.
4. The date for payment of the re-admission fee is from 03/09/2026 to 20/09/2026.
