B.Pharm & M.Pharm Re-appear Exam Notice 2026

As per the provisions of Regulatory bodies, the Re-appear Examinations of Even Semester of B. Pharmacy & M. Pharmacy Students and Yerly Schemes of BPT and PMT are scheduled to be commenced w.e.f. 15-01-2026.
Accordingly, the interested students may apply for Re-appear Examination Forms on Samarth Portal with applicable fee up to 10-01-2026. No request for filling up of Re appear Examination Forms shall be entertained after due Date.
Further, it is also clarified that the students, whose Data is not available on Samarth Portal may submit the Re-appear Examination in offline mode with applicable fee of Rs. 1500/- per semester by due date in Conduct Branch.
