How to Apply

1. Application for admission into the One Year Diploma Programme in Oil Well Drilling Technology shall be through online mode only. No other means of application shall be accepted.
2. Online registration for submission of Application form will begin from 28/05/2026. The last date of submission of application is 18/07/2026 (till 11.55p.m.).
3. For submission of the online application form, intending candidates are advised to follow the following instructions:

(i) For Online Applications, please login to Admission Portal on https://dibru.ac.in or https://erp.dibru.work
(ii) The candidates need to register on the portal by clicking the "Register" button and providing his/her name, mobile number and a password. The mobile number will be verified through an OTP. Please remember the password for login.
(iii) After successful registration, the candidates need to login using his/her mobile number and the password.
(iv) After login the candidates needs to click on the "Apply" button corresponding to the link of "One Year Diploma Programme in Oil Well Drilling Technology" which will lead to an application form. The candidates need to fill up the application form step by step.
(v) After filling up the form, candidates need to click the button "Submit and Review". A preview of the filled-up form will be displayed. Candidates are advised to carefully cross-check the information and if anything needs to be corrected at this stage, they can go back and edit.
(vi) After ensuring that all the information displayed on the preview is correct, the candidates need to click "Pay now & Submit the Application" and they pay the application fees for Rs. 950/- (rupees nine hundred fifty only) through online mode (Debit card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).
(vii) The application form will be considered finally submitted only when the application fees is successfully paid by the candidates and an online receipt is generated confirming the payment.
(viii) There will be a button to download the Application form for future reference.
(ix) The candidates shall have to take a print out of the Application form and bring the same for verification on the day of the counselling and admission.
(x) The submission of Online Application forms shall be automatically closed after the last date.
