The Department of Physics, Gurugram University, Gurugram, invites eligible (as per the university guidelines) candidates for an Open Counselling for admissions to the 5-Year Integrated M.Sc. Physics Programme for the Academic Session 2026-27. The open counselling will commence from 16 July 2026 onwards. Candidates who have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary Examination) with Physics and Mathematics as two of the subjects from a recognized Board are eligible to participate in the counselling process. Interested candidates are advised to report to the Department of Physics, Gurugram University, Gurugram, along with all original documents and a set of self-attested photocopies for verification.

Documents Required:

1. 10th and 12th Mark Sheets & Certificates (2 photocopies and original)
2. Original Character Certificate
3. Original Transfer/Migration Certificate (if applicable)
4. Category Certificate (2 photocopies and original)
5. Aadhaar Card (2 photocopies and original)
6. Recent Passport Size Photographs
7. Family ID (2 photocopies and original)
8. Scanned copies of all certificates, if application form not filled earlier.

A separate day-wise merit list of the eligible candidates will be prepared according to the vacant seats in different categories. The students have to appear for the counselling on a working day before 12:30 PM to be considered.
