It is for information of all Directors/HOD's/Principals of concerned Department/Affiliated colleges of the University that the Internal Assessment Portal for uploading the Internal Assessment Awards of Theory Examinations & Internal Assessment Awards of Practical Examinations online for the Examination session April/May-2026 examinations will be opened from 22.04.2026 to 30.05.2026 as detailed below:

Therefore, all the HODS, /Principals/ Directors are requested to upload the Internal Assessment awards of both theory & practical examinations online timely before closing the portal. Further after last date, no internal awards will be accepted. There is no need to submit hard copy in the Result Branch. Colleges/UTD's have to keep the copies of the online uploaded internal assessment along with the original copies of the same in their office up to 02 years after conducting the said examinations. Timely uploading of internal assessment awards shall be helpful in preparing the results, avoiding any delay.
HODS,/Principals/Directors of Colleges/UTDs are required to send a soft copy of online awards at result@igu.ac.in within 07 days after last date, positively. Colleges/UTDs are required to publish online uploaded list on their display board/website also.
If a College/UTD faces any problem like student's details not shown on the College Portal or problems related to Maximum Marks/Grading issue, then in that case they should kindly send the query alongwith screenshot of the portal on the email at result@igu.ac.in within at least 03 days before the last date of closing the Portal. Also kindly lock the awards after checking with original awards given by examiner, no query regarding unlocking & updating of Internal Assessment awards will be consider after last date.
Note: 1. After the last date for uploading of the internal assessment marks, a penalty late fee as per details given below per student per subject shall be levied upon the concerned Department/College Institute after the last date for uploading of the internal assessment marks and this penalty/late fee shall not be charged from the student by the Department/College/Institute:

2. The HODs/Principals/Directors of the concerned UTDs/Colleges/Institutes shall ensure that the students who have secured "0" marks or are marked "Absent" in the Internal Assessment shall not be allowed to appear in the End-term Examinations of examination session May/June-2026.
