Admission to M.Pharm. Programme (GPAT Qualified), 2026

On-line Applications are invited from eligible candidates who have appeared in the GPAT and have obtained valid GPAT score for admission to M.Pharm. Programme offered at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Main Campus for the academic session 2026. Admission to these programmes shall be governed by the Admission Policy and the relevant Statutes governing admissions:

• Eligibility:
  • Non-Provisional Candidates:
    B.Pharm. from any recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE and Pharmaceutical Council of India (PCI) with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
  • Provisional Candidates:
    Candidates whose result is awaited, who have appeared or who shall be appearing in the qualifying examination can apply provisionally under provisional category, on their own risk and responsibility, subject to fulfilling all eligibility conditions, including acquiring minimum required percentage of marks by or before 28^th July, 2026.
    Please note that any candidate seeking provisional admission but doesn’t prove eligibility by or before 28^th July, 2026 failing which he/she shall forfeit the admission without refund of any kind of fee (General, Selffinance and NRI Fees).
    (Important Note: Any candidate who wants any modification in the application form or have any query related to application form can post their queries online from the dashboard after logging into their account by entering their username and password)
  Detailed eligibility criteria for the above Programmes offered by the University are mentioned in the Prospectus-2026 available on the University Website www.kashmiruniversity.net under the tab Admissions.
• Important Dates:
  On-line submission and last date for Application Forms from 05/06/2026 to 13/06/2026.
  The notified dates are final and no extension shall be granted.
• Submission of On-Line Application Forms:
  The candidates are advised to follow the below steps for filling of On-Line Application Forms
  • Step-1:
    Visit www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in and click on Link Admissions. Read Important Instructions for Registration and Submission of Form carefully before proceeding further.
  • Step-2:
    Candidate needs to register himself/herself before submitting the Online Application Form. For Registration with the System Click on the “Register as Student”. Remember, the Username and Password for future reference.
  • Step-3:
    After successful Registration, login into the system for submitting On-line Application Form.
  • Step-4:
    Enter the required details and Upload your latest passport size Photograph and click “Next”.
  • Step-5:
    Select the desired Preferences, (wherever required) [After last date the Preference of Campus/College selected will not be updated/changed]. Click “Next”.
  • Step-6:
    If there is any variation click on “Previous” button, make necessary corrections and then Click “Submit”.
  • Step-7:
    Deposit the non-refundable Online fee of Rs. 550/-. Get a printout of the Form and note the Form No. for future reference.
  • Step-8:
    Applicant can view the Application details by providing username and password. Applicant is required to make sure that "Application Status" on application form is “Fee Received” after 3 days otherwise application will be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected. Under such conditions, candidates can post a query through online mode only.
  • Step-9:
    Candidates in their own interest are advised to apply & submit application promptly and not to wait till the last date/time for applying online. Directorate shall not be responsible if candidates are not able to submit their applications on account of the last-minute rush.
• Other relevant information:
  
  • Application Form/Fee Reconciliation Status: A candidate must check the status of their Application Forms after three days of its online submission. In case, the status of his/her Application form is not updated to “Fee Received” or “Fee Reconciliation is pending”, a candidate should post a query online from the dashboard and if a query does not get resolved, a candidate may contact the IT Cell adjacent to DSW Office Near Rumi Gate, University of Kashmir, alongwith Application Form, Fee receipt and all other documents, within two days after the last date of submission of Application Form i.e. upto 15/06/2026; thereafter, no claim, whatsoever, will be entertained by the University;
  • Submission of Application Forms and selection is subject to determination of eligibility for admission to the Programme by reference to the Admission Policy-2026;
