Submission of Online Applications under the Fee Waiver Scheme (2026–27) for FYUGP 3rd, 5th and 7th Semester Students Whose Fee Waiver Was Cancelled Due to Arrear/Backlog in Previous Semesters

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned students of the FYUGP 3rd, 5th and 7th Semesters, 2026, whose Fee Waiver benefits were cancelled due to Arrear / Backlog in previous semesters / academic year, that the Fee Waiver Application facility has been enabled on the Assam Samarth Portal for the academic session 2026–27.

All concerned students belonging to the above-mentioned category are entitled to apply for a 50% Fee Waiver. Accordingly, they are directed to submit their online applications through the Assam Samarth Portal on or before the deadline specified below.

Last Date for Submission by Students (Kokrajhar University): 20^th of October, 2026.

1. Application Portal: Eligible students must apply through the Assam State Higher Education Student Portal at: https://assamshesp.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login
2. Eligibility & Onboarding: Students will only be able to apply on the portal once onboarded by the institution.
3. Mandatory Identification Authentication: Aadhaar is compulsory for availing the scheme benefits. The student's name on the Assam SAMARTH Portal must match the name recorded on their Aadhaar card exactly to ensure successful verification.
4. Document Verification: Applications will be scrutinized and verified by the university authorities in accordance with the Fee Waiver Scheme guidelines.

Students are strictly advised to complete their online submissions by 20^th of October, 2026. No applications will be entertained after the mentioned last date. Failure to submit the application within the stipulated time shall result in the cancellation of the 50% Fee Waiver, and the concerned student shall thereafter be treated under the Non-Fee Waiver Category.
